  • Where can I purchase The Kitchen of Somewhere?

    • The Kitchen of Somewhere can be purchased on our Store at somewherekitchen.com.

  • What happens if the item is sold out or not available?

    • Products in “Sold Out” status are no longer in stock in our warehouse and are no longer available for sale. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

  • Where are the products made?

    • Please refer to the product information page for the details specific to each product.

  • How do I care for me for my book?

    • Store your book in a cool and dry atmosphere, away from heat sources. Dust your book regularly and put a protective cover on it to be extra careful.

 

PRE-ORDER

  • What are pre-orders?

    • A “pre-order” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Products in a pre-order status are marked with a “pre-order” ribbon. Shop pre-order products to see what's coming soon.

  • When will my order ship?

    • Your order will ship by the date communicated on the product detail page and the order confirmation email. Please note that your order could ship earlier or later than the expected delivery date. Should the product be delayed, you will be notified by email.

  • When will I be charged?

    • To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Your credit card will be charged when you place the order.

  • How do I cancel my pre-order?

    • To cancel your pre-order, please email us here.
      Please note: once your pre-order item has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

  • In what currency are the prices displayed on somewherekitchen.com?

    • All prices of merchandise on somewherekitchen.com are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Please note the final checkout price is also reflected in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • What forms of payment are available?

    • We accept payment via the following credit cards:

      • American Express

  • Can I use multiple forms of payment on one purchase?

    • We currently only accept one payment method per order.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    • Unfortunately, once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

  • Will there be a sales tax added?

    • When placing an order on somewherekitchen.com, you (the customer) are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you and will be reflected on your invoice. You should contact your local customs office for further information. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Where can Somewhere Kitchen ship to?

    • We currently ship to the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong at somewherekitchen.com. If you wish to ship your order to other countries, please contact us here.

    • For our customers in New Zealand, we have a dedicated site at somewherekitchen.co.nz

  • What are the shipping options?

    • We offer standard shipping options, as well as expedited options if you need your package sooner.  

  • When will my order ship?

    • Most merchandise will ship within 7 to 10 business days after your order is received.

  • How do I track my order?

    • When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to shipping & tracking information. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.

  • How do I modify the delivery address?

    • If your order has not entered the shipping process yet, please contact us here to modify your delivery address. Once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
